Liability Insurance Information
All students must purchase Liability Insurance before entering Caring for Patients Across the Lifespan I. The student must provide the Coordinator of Enrollment Services with a copy of the Declaration of Insurance Certificate from the company selected before Caring for Patients Across the Lifespan I and before each semester thereafter. Failure to provide such evidence can impact the student's ability to attend clinical experience.
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE COVERED BY LIABILITY INSURANCE. LIMITS MUST BE:
- $1,000,000/CLAIM
- $3,000,000/AGGREGATE
